Front Office/Check Out Receptionist Needed at Busy Dermatology Office

Busy dermatology clinic is looking to hire a fulltime front office check out receptionist to perform the following duties:
• Answer phones and relay messages
• Schedule appointments
• Check out patients and collect money
• Assist the doctor with any additionally tasks
• Schedule referrals from other doctors
• Call patients and give them their biopsy results
Minimum requirements:
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Ability to operate a copy machine, fax machine, scanner, multi-line phone system
• Must be friendly, accommodating to patients
• Organized
• Must be a team player
• Someone who is motivated and eager to learn new tasks
