Our private and welcoming office is located in East Manatee County on State Road 70 near Lakewood Ranch, with convenient access to Sarasota and Parrish via I-75. We offer flexible appointment times, including morning, evening, and weekend appointments online and in person. We are always accepting new clients. Our qualified supervisors offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals seeking licensure for Florida LMHC and LMFT. Welcome Holly to our Team!

We are excited to have Holly Winters LMHC join our group of skilled clinicians!
Holly supports clients with a gentle, compassionate approach. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her master’s degree in Counselor Education, with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Florida Atlantic University.

Holly incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities into her work, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method. She strives to create a judgment-free environment where clients feel supported, cared for, and comfortable engaging in open and honest dialogue about their concerns.

She is passionate about understanding each person so she can tailor her therapeutic approach to their individual needs. Holly helps clients develop healthy coping strategies, build insight, and work toward meaningful personal goals. She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship challenges, and provides services to both individuals and couples, ranging from teens to older adults.
