All nominees must prepare a 2-minute speech
If nominated for multiple Executive Board positions → only one speech required
If nominated for multiple Initiative Chair positions → only one speech required
If nominated for both an Executive Board AND Initiative Chair position → one speech for EACH

Join us in supporting women and girls in our community by donating essential hygiene products. From March 13 – March 31, we are collecting new/unopened pads, tampons, and toiletries to help those in need.

Every donation helps restore dignity, promote health, and empower women in the Tampa Bay community. 💗

Taking your meds every day matters. 💊

For people living with HIV, consistent treatment with antiretroviral therapy (ART) can lower the viral load to undetectable levels. When it’s undetectable, it becomes untransmittable, this is known as U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable).

Missing doses can increase viral load and raise the risk of transmission and progression to AIDS.

Stay healthy.
Stop the spread.
Prevent resistance.

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day: highlights the disproportionate impact of HIV on Black communities and the urgent need for education, testing, prevention, and treatment.

Despite advances in care, systemic barriers still affect access and outcomes. Advocacy and policy play a major role in ensuring equitable access to life-saving medications and support services.

Let’s honor those affected, fight stigma, and work toward health equity.

“Love Every Body,” honors National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (Feb 23–March 1). 💙

Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions that affect people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Nearly 30 million Americans will experience one in their lifetime.
Let’s raise awareness, challenge stigma, and support those on their recovery journey. Together, we can promote understanding and compassion.

Gallbladder & Bile Duct Cancer Awareness 💚

These rare but aggressive cancers are often diagnosed late due to vague symptoms and low awareness. Education on risk factors, early signs, and prevention is key to improving outcomes.
Pharmacists and student pharmacists play a vital role in promoting awareness, encouraging prevention, and connecting patients to care. Let’s turn awareness into action and support early detection.

🖤 Black History Month | Pharmacy Pioneer Spotlight 💊

Today we honor Anna Louise James, a trailblazer in pharmacy and public service. She was the first African American woman licensed as a pharmacist in Connecticut and owned her own pharmacy for decades. Serving her community with dedication, compassion, and excellence.

Her legacy reminds us why representation in healthcare matters. Black pharmacists have always been leaders, advocates, and changemakers. Often breaking barriers while uplifting their communities.
