Manatee Tech is a post-secondary adult, career and technical education center. We provide training for adults in high-wage, high-demand careers with over 50 different programs to choose from. We also offer Adult Education, Continuing Education, and non-credit Enrichment classes.

Electrical apprentices from the Spanish-language classes celebrated an early “Friendsgiving” ahead of the Thanksgiving break. Instructors Ricardo Colon and Moises Villanueva are pictured with their students, who are currently enrolled in the Electrical Apprenticeship program run by the (Technical Education Council (TEC)).

Apprentices attend classes two nights per week on the Manatee Technical College campus while working full-time for local Electrical Companies. For more information, or to enroll in the apprenticeship please visit www.technicaleducationcouncil.com

NO, this is NOT a ploy to buy a new car, it is purely a way for to give $6,000 to !

Hosted at MTC, Between 10am and 2pm, 11/21, please pop over and do a test drive, which will be a lap in our parking lot 🙂 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC event, just need to be 18 or older to drive.

Come take a quick break and do a test drive as Ford will donate $30/test drive up to $6,000! So let’s do this!

Incredible Lincoln/Ford Day Event at MTC! So grateful for these relationships as our students see firsthand real opportunities and these companies are helping to mold the future.

Shout out to the following representatives for bringing beautiful vehicles: Alex Karras Lincoln, AutoNation Ford of Bradenton, Matthews Currie Ford and Sarasota Ford.

Marcus Hicks, the Market Area Coordinator, and Mike Cowles, the ASE Education Foundation Manager, were also in the house as they made a cameo appearance.
