This week we are celebrating the incredible Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who care for so many of the children and families in our Upper Valley community.

A special thank you to Katie Martin, CPNP and Gwynne Briggs, CPNP for the compassion, knowledge, and dedication they bring to Upper Valley Pediatrics every single day. From well-child visits and developmental support to helping families navigate illness and everything in between, they play such an important role in keeping our patients healthy and thriving.

Even though we’re further into the season, it’s not too late to protect your child from COVID-19.

Vaccination continues to be one of the best ways to reduce the risk of severe illness, missed school, sports interruptions, and spreading infection to vulnerable family members. As activities, travel, and end-of-school events pick up, added protection still matters.

If your child is between 12–18 years old and has not yet received their COVID-19 vaccine, we’re here to help. Call our West Lebanon clinic at 📞 603-643-6700 to schedule before 6/1/2026.

Due to the storm, most of our team will be working remotely tomorrow 1/26/26, but we are still here to support you!

Eight-year-old Oliver from Vermont recently wrote a letter to his local newspaper encouraging kids in his community to stay up to date on their vaccines to keep themselves and those around them healthy.

“I have gotten all my vaccines. They have helped me stay healthy even though I have asthma. I’m really worried that people will start getting sick if they don’t have vaccines,” said Oliver.

Vaccines remain the best tool we have to keep kids and their communities healthy and thriving. Thank you, Oliver, for sharing such an important message!

It may be chilly outside but that won’t stop us from getting outside to exercise and enjoy the crisp air this winter! ❄️ Bundle up and go on a family walk together, make snow people or angels, or try sledding if your area got some fresh powder! Too cold to go outside? Try putting some fun music on and have a dance party to get some movement in!

We were notified this morning through local news reports of a structure fire in our West Lebanon complex.

We are relieved to share that our building was not affected

Upper Valley Pediatrics – West Lebanon will be open as usual tomorrow, Thursday, January 8, 2026.

Thank you to the first responders for their quick action, and thank you to our families for your concern and understanding. 💙
