Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, Inc. is seeking applicants for a Residential Worker position at Maple Manor, a drug and alcohol inpatient treatment facility in Bradford, PA. Position is normally scheduled for a 10 hour shift, 4 days per week, normally 10pm to 8am. Applicants must be willing to fill in other shifts as needed (8 am – 4 pm, 4 pm - Midnight, Midnight - 8 am).
Experience in residential facility or healthcare preferred, but no previous experience and training is required. Driver's License is required. Drug testing is required.

$36,236 yearly
$1,393.69 biweekly – 40 hours per week

Our Counseling Team, using the evidenced based ASAM Matrix / Team Building curriculum, lead our clients in a group therapy exercise on Friday and created beautiful candles in honor of motherhood.

The Recovery Center at Maple Manor will be offering a series of specialized family sessions, lead by our Recovery Support Specialist Staff. Sessions will focus on families of individuals who suffer from addiction.

Spring has sprung at Maple Manor---during our Life Skills class this Monday our clients learned about gardening as a healthy hobby-- and how it can even be a coping technique. Watch for updates on our progress as our group nurtures our fledgling veggies!

An important part of the clinical schedule at Maple Manor is the Daily Clipboard, done at the beginning and the end of each day. Each morning our clients read daily meditations/affirmations and reflect on the meaning in their lives. It is also a time for individuals to focus on what goal they hope to accomplish that day. At the close of the day, each individual will process their accomplishments and any challenges where they may need extra support.

Recently, our Residential Worker Supervisor and her team of RW staff began a new process to help everyone, clients and staff reflect on how their day went. This is a great example and a positive way you can end your day too! ⭐️☀️🌙
