Flu Vaccines are Valuable: Annual influenza vaccination provides powerful protection to you, your family, and the people you come in contact with during the “flu season.” Many people agree getting a flu shot is valuable, but getting around to it can be tough.

Try to Make it Easy: The Public Health Council offers FREE flu vaccine clinics at a variety of times and places. We want to make it easy for you and your family members to get a flu vaccine this year. All New Hampshire and Vermont residents are welcome at the drop-in clinics listed below.

What vaccines are being offered?
Clinics are open to all adults & children ages 10+.
All clinics listed below offer both the regular dose vaccine and an enhanced dose formulation for people 65 years and older. All vaccines are preservative-free.

Lead poisoning is a serious but preventable health problem. Lead is a highly toxic metal that has been commonly used in many household, industrial and automobile products — such as paint, solder, batteries, brass, car radiators, bullets, pottery, etc. Too much lead in the body, or lead poisoning, can cause serious and permanent health problems. Children and people who are pregnant are at special risk.

The major source of lead poisoning in Vermont children is lead dust from chipping or peeling lead-based paint, but there are many other lead hazards. Lead poisoning can be prevented when you know what danger signs and hazards to look for.
