Soul Movement
Soul Movement is an invitation to meet your body in a way that’s less about poses or choreography—and more about sensation, curiosity, and freedom.
Blending guided improvisational movement, meditation, and imaginative prompts, this class encourages you to listen inward and follow what your body wants to do moment by moment. We explore fluidity and strength, ease and effort, rhythm, weight, and instinct—moving in ways that feel nourishing, expressive, and alive.
Rather than focusing on how movement looks, Soul Movement centers on how it feels. There’s no right or wrong, no mirrors, and no pressure to perform—just space to expand your range of motion, release held energy, and experience the quiet catharsis of being fully in your body.
Movement can be deeply regulating, clarifying, and healing. This is a space to shake off the week, reconnect to yourself, and move in a way that supports your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
Please bring socks (grippy or cozy) so you can move comfortably and explore.
