"Hi I am Gina, I am a licensed massage therapist, CranioSacral therapist and certified colon hydrotherapist. I have lived at the Jersey Shore for 4 years and feel it is heaven on earth! I wake up everyday full of gratitude. I am the mother of 3 amazing adults and have a 10 year old Golden Doodle that I love so much.
My background is rooted in healing, I am a yoga teacher, reiki master, nature lover and admitted Peloton addict.
I love traveling especially through Europe, exploring food and cultures. Things that make me smile: sunshine, the ocean, meeting new people, plants, crystals and a good cup of coffee."

Hiya! I’m Meredith, founder of Body Alchemy 💃🏻

My journey into this work actually started by surprise. At 22, I enrolled in massage school, never having had a massage myself 😳.. I was waitressing at the time and a coworker was studying massage therapy... I figured I would give it a whirl 🤞🏼

Soon after, I became pregnant with my son (now 18 🤯). Between driving a school bus, waitressing, and working at Starbucks, I did what I could to raise him while still following this path.

I launched Body Alchemy in 2015 offering massage and body sculpting. But everything shifted in 2019 when I began experiencing intense menstrual pain, and no doctor had answers.

Then I tried a colonic. 💩 Within one cycle, my pain reduced by 80%. I felt lighter, clearer, and hopeful. That was the moment I knew this was my calling.

I dove into colon hydrotherapy training, and in 2021 expanded my studies into the lymphatic system, bringing Assisted Lymphatic Therapy into the studio.

Today, Body Alchemy is more than a wellness space… it’s where healing, detox, and transformation meet. 🌿
