Residents are invited to start the morning with gentle movement set to familiar music. This activity supports flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being while keeping things fun and comfortable for all ability levels.

2:00 PM – Treats & Music with Jim Olson
This afternoon, we’ll enjoy live music with Jim Olson along with tasty treats. Live performances are always a favorite, bringing back memories, sparking conversation, and creating joyful moments together.
