“Personal post” Becoming a mother has changed me in ways I never fully understood before.
I always knew moms were busy..but I didn’t truly know the sacrifice of time, energy, and self that goes into caring for a new baby until I lived it myself.

Now I see what it takes to carve out time for yourself.
To plan ahead.
To show up tired.
To still choose you for that appointment.

And I want you to know, I see you.
I hear you.
I understand you on a deeper level now.

This stage of life is beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and fleeting all at once and I feel incredibly lucky to be living it. I love being a mom, and it’s given me an even greater appreciation for every mother who walks through my door and trusts me with their time.
