From geographical flexibility to ongoing IBHRE certification support, we deliver experienced professionals who integrate seamlessly and add value from day one.
Is your device clinic feeling the staffing crunch? Meeting the HRS guideline of 3 device techs per 1,000 patients isn’t easy - and staffing shortages make it even harder to keep up with patient care and compliance.
That’s where PrepMD’s Hire, Train & Deploy model comes in. We recruit, train, and deploy top CIED talent - ready to support your clinic from day one, with ongoing education and the option to transition to a direct hire when you’re ready.

They are also able to move into medical device research and product development roles if that’s their area of interest.
PrepMD offers 3 sessions a year, enabling interested candidates to pursue this rewarding career whenever they are ready! For the hiring managers, this gives access to highly qualified and well-trained individuals through out the year.
