VITRA Health: Empowering caregivers with financial assistance, support, resources, and recognition.

Vitra Health offers several services for elderly and disabled persons to ensure individuals maintain their health, wellness and independence. This allows individuals in need or seniors to remain at home with the help of an assigned nurse and case manager. If someone already has a family member or friend taking care of them, we offer services consisting of financial assistance, caregiver support and medical oversight.

We’re proud to support the Boston Arts Academy Foundation (BAAF) which ensures that arts-intensive, college-prep education remains accessible for nearly 500 Boston students each year at Boston Arts Academy (BAA) —the city’s only public high school for the visual and performing arts. 🎵

Thanks to BAAF’s support, BAA has achieved an outstanding 97% college acceptance rate for 11 consecutive years.

Vitra Health was honored to attend the 2025 BAAF Honors. Together, we’re empowering youth and strengthening our communities through creativity, opportunity, and care. 🎨

💙 Greater Boston Area resident Suyapa lovingly cares for her 104-year-old father, José. A homeopathic healer from Honduras, she dedicates her time to preparing delicious meals, creating art with him, and filling their home with music.

Although she’s unable to work outside the home, Suyapa’s dedication ensures her father receives the very best care and lives a happy, dignified life.

We’re honored to support Suyapa and her family through our Adult Foster Care program. This National Family Caregivers Month, we celebrate caregivers like her and express our gratitude for everything they do every day.

Since 1969, Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center r (HSNHC) on Blue Hill Ave in Dorchester has provided high-quality, patient-centered care. We’re proud to work alongside HSNHC and look forward to deepening our relationship as we expand services in Boston.

We love visiting the ABCD Senior Center in Boston! 💜

The ABCD ( Action for Boston Community Development ) provides dozens of services for income-eligible Boston residents, from food assistance to tax help. The Senior Center also offers activities like health workshops, art classes, field trips, and, of course, Bingo!

Together, we’re working to serve the community and improve lives every day.

We loved joining Skyview Properties and Springfield Pharmacy for their Back to School & Tenant Appreciation event in Springfield! Backpacks, free haircuts, activities, and big smiles made the day special.

As Kristine from our team shared:
“This event was close to my heart. I grew up at these properties when my grandmother lived here in the ’80s, and years later, I raised my own children here as a single mom. Being back now, supporting families through Vitra, feels like coming full circle.”

We’re proud to host monthly Bingo events at Skyview to connect with residents and support families where they live. 💜
