VITRA Health: Empowering caregivers with financial assistance, support, resources, and recognition.

Vitra Health offers several services for elderly and disabled persons to ensure individuals maintain their health, wellness and independence. This allows individuals in need or seniors to remain at home with the help of an assigned nurse and case manager. If someone already has a family member or friend taking care of them, we offer services consisting of financial assistance, caregiver support and medical oversight.

This past weekend, Vitra Health donated one hundred complete Thanksgiving feasts to families in partnership with St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic JP Roxbury in Jamaica Plain. We are grateful to Father Carlos and Father Andrea for welcoming us into their parish.

Thank you to the Dedham Stop & Shop team for going above and beyond, and to our staff for making it all possible.

Together, we provided over nine hundred servings for families to share this Thanksgiving. 🧡🍂

We’re proud to support the Boston Arts Academy Foundation (BAAF) which ensures that arts-intensive, college-prep education remains accessible for nearly 500 Boston students each year at Boston Arts Academy (BAA) —the city’s only public high school for the visual and performing arts. 🎵

Thanks to BAAF’s support, BAA has achieved an outstanding 97% college acceptance rate for 11 consecutive years.

Vitra Health was honored to attend the 2025 BAAF Honors. Together, we’re empowering youth and strengthening our communities through creativity, opportunity, and care. 🎨
