🏅 Post-Race Recovery Matters

You did it! 🙌 Crossing that finish line is no small feat! Months of training, early mornings, and countless miles led you here.
Now it’s time to focus on what’s next: RECOVERY.

After a big race, your muscles, joints, and connective tissues have been pushed to their limits. Without proper recovery, soreness, fatigue, or even injury can linger longer than they should. That’s where physical therapy can make all the difference.

At Cray Physical Therapy, our team works with runners to:
🦵 Reduce post-race soreness through targeted soft tissue and mobility work
🌀 Restore flexibility and joint range of motion for faster recovery
💪 Address minor aches before they become injuries
🧠 Analyze your gait and movement patterns to optimize future performance

Whether you've just run your first 5K or completed your tenth marathon, we’ll help you bounce back and get ready for your next starting line, stronger and more resilient than ever before.

🏃‍♀️ Pelvic Health for Runners; New & Experienced!
Your pelvic floor is more important to your running than you might think! 🏃‍♀️
It’s the foundation for your core, hip stability, and breathing —essential for strong, efficient, and pain-free miles.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, pelvic physical therapy can help you:
✅ Improve core and pelvic stability for better running form
✅ Prevent or reduce hip, low back, and pelvic pain
✅ Address leaking or pressure (typical, but not expected)
✅ Improve stride mechanics and efficiency

Our pelvic health specialists at the Center for Pelvic Health in Braintree understand how the pelvic floor works with your running muscles, helping you move better, perform stronger, and run longer with confidence.

Because every runner deserves to feel balanced, strong, and in control, mile after mile. 💪

💬 Thank you for this awesome Google Review!
We are so appreciative of our patients and the trust they place in us every day. Feedback like this reminds us why we love what we do!

⭐️Stellar treatment and care at Cray. Hailey and Noah did a fantastic job with multiple issues I was having. They are wonderful people, but I really appreciated how they took the time to explain what was going on with me and ways I could make adjustments in life to avoid future pain. I highly recommend Cray Physical Therapy. I didn't want to need physical therapy, and now that I'm all better, I will miss them. 5 strong stars here!"
