Let’s normalize this for a second 👀

Leaking when you laugh, sneeze, or exercise is common…
But it’s not something you have to “just live with.”

Be honest, has this ever happened to you?
(You’re not alone, promise.)

“Your body still needs motion, even when it’s cold outside.”
Cold weather can make our bodies feel stiff, achy, and slower to get moving. That’s normal. ❄️ But gentle, intentional movement helps keep joints flexible, muscles warm, and pain from settling in.

Physical therapy focuses on safe, supportive movement—the kind that meets your body where it is, even on low-energy winter days. Whether it’s stretching, walking, or simple exercises, small movements can help your body feel more comfortable and confident throughout the season.

You don’t have to do a lot. You have to keep moving; gently, thoughtfully, and with care. 🤍

Let’s talk pelvic health. 🤍

So many women live with pain quietly. 🤫 They push through discomfort, normalize symptoms, and tell themselves it’s “just part of being a woman.” Pelvic pain, bladder issues, painful intimacy, and postpartum changes are often suffered in silence, even though they are not normal and not something you have to live with. 💭

We see how hard it is to speak up. 👂 We hear the relief when someone finally says, “I thought it was just me.” 💔➡️💗 You are not weak for struggling, and you are not alone for needing support. Your pain is real, and your experience matters.

If this resonates with you, know this: your body isn’t broken, and help exists. 🌱 You deserve care, answers, and a space where you’re truly heard. 🤍

Most people think physical therapy starts after surgery or injury.
But there’s a quieter, smarter step that often gets overlooked.

Preparing your body before something big, such as surgery, a new sport, or even a demanding season, can make recovery easier and improve outcomes.

Have you ever done anything to prepare your body before pain showed up?

Honest question 👇
Why do we wait until pain is really bad before getting help?

We see people every day who say, “I thought it would just go away.”
Sometimes it does. Sometimes it doesn’t.

What’s one ache or pain you’ve been ignoring lately?

✨ Why we love this exercise ✨
This single-leg hinge isn’t just about balance; it’s about control, strength, and stability.
✔️ Strengthens the glutes & hamstrings
✔️ Challenges balance and coordination
✔️ Trains the core and pelvic floor to work together
✔️ Improves hip stability for everyday movements
We often use exercises like this in rehab because they mimic real-life reaching, stepping, and lifting, while teaching your body to move efficiently and safely.
Slow, controlled, and intentional movement makes all the difference 💪

Our Valued Patients

As with everyone we have been continuing to assess and monitor the ongoing situation regarding the coronvirus (Covid-19). As a healthcare facility we place our patient's well being as a top priority at all times as we practice universal precautions to reduce the spread of communicable diseases. Please call us so we can plan to re-schedule your appt until you feel better. Please do not come in for your appointment.

We will continue to remain open servicing the needs of our patients pending further developments related to the Covid-19 situation. If you should have any questions please feel free to contact us at 339-987-4856 ext. 8006
