🎓💙 New Grad PTs — this one’s for you

As graduation gets closer, we want to say a huge congratulations to all the future Physical Therapists out there. You’ve worked incredibly hard to get here.

At Cray Physical Therapy (Braintree, Weymouth & Norwell), we’re currently hiring new graduate Physical Therapists—and we want to be really honest about something:

We’re not trying to compete with big hospital systems or large corporate PT chains on volume or pressure. That’s not who we are.

What we do believe in:

✨ One-on-one patient care
✨ A sustainable pace (no unrealistic quotas)
✨ Real mentorship for new grads
✨ A supportive, collaborative team
✨ Building long-term careers—not early burnout

We’ve seen too many great PTs leave the profession too soon because of burnout and overwhelming caseloads. We’re doing things differently on purpose.

If you’re looking for your first PT role and want something supportive, meaningful, and sustainable—we’d love to connect.

No pressure at all—just reach out if you want to learn more 💙

If your neck feels stiff, tight, or constantly sore, you’re not alone.

Physical therapy focuses on improving posture, restoring mobility in the neck and upper back, and strengthening the muscles that support you throughout the day. It’s about reducing tension and preventing it from returning.

You shouldn’t have to live with daily discomfort.

Sometimes the hardest part after an injury isn’t the pain—it’s the doubt that lingers after.

It’s that moment when you hesitate before taking a step, lifting something, or getting back to the activities you once did without thinking. You wonder, “Is this going to hurt again?” or “Can my body handle this?”

That’s where physical therapy makes such a meaningful difference.

We don’t just focus on strength—we focus on helping you reconnect with your body. Through guided, one-on-one care, we rebuild stability, improve movement patterns, and slowly reintroduce the things that feel uncertain right now. Each visit is a chance to prove to yourself that your body is capable again.

And over time, those small wins—walking a little farther, moving a little easier, feeling a little stronger—start to add up.

Until one day, you realize you’re not thinking about it anymore. You’re just living your life.

That’s what real recovery looks like. And we’re here to help you get there.

🏃‍♀️ Marathon Monday is here. Now let’s talk recovery.

Whether you just crossed the finish line in Boston or cheered every mile along the way—your body has been through a lot today.

The miles don’t stop when the race ends… this is where recovery begins.

Give your body what it needs:
• Keep moving (a short walk later helps more than total rest)
• Hydrate and refuel—your muscles are asking for it
• Don’t ignore soreness that feels different or lingers longer than expected
• Ease back into running—your body needs time to rebuild

This is where physical therapy can make a real difference. From addressing tightness and imbalances to helping prevent post-race injuries, the right guidance now can set you up for your next goal.

At Cray Physical Therapy, we’re here to help you recover the right way—so you can get back to running feeling strong, not just “pushing through.”

You did the hard part. Now take care of your body. 💙

🏃‍♂️ Being told to “take a break” from running? Yeah… we know how frustrating that can be. When running is your stress relief, your routine, your thing—an injury can really throw you off.

At Cray Physical Therapy, we work with runners every day who want to feel like themselves again. Whether it’s knee pain, shin splints, or something that doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll help you understand what’s going on and how to safely get back out there.

Our goal isn’t just to get you running again—it’s to help you run stronger, smarter, and with more confidence than before.

If something’s been bothering you, don’t wait it out. Let’s take a look and get you moving in the right direction again.
