We are a yoga & wellness center, to create a safe & healing space for the community. We hope to see you soon and have this become your yoga and wellness home!

Our Yoga classes are available to all, with a focus on physical & mental health. Our Events offer additional opportunities of insight and new experiences for healing. Lori Arrechea, is the studio owner of eZential Wellness, and has been teaching yoga within Somerset County, NJ since 2003. After teaching for many years in private homes, local gyms, and corporate fitness centers, Lori wanted one place where she could focus her teaching, and reach out into the community. This vision became a reality after finding the perfection location for her own yoga studio in Branchburg, NJ. Now, along with a group of dedicated and thoughtful instructors, Lori hopes each and every student will find eZential Wellness a place for harmony, healing and happiness on their own personal yoga journey. Our yoga studio provides a quiet area of retreat with a welcoming lounge that we lovingly call our "Zen Den", a spacious and calming yoga room for classes and weekend events or workshops, as well as two private rooms for Reiki, Sound/Vibration Massage, Reflexology, Mindfulness Meditation, and more!
