GUYS, PLEASE STOP SITTING ON YOUR WALLET.

Wallet Sciatica/Piriformis Syndrome: The wallet acts as a fulcrum, causing the pelvis to tilt, which compresses the sciatic nerve and causes pain, tingling, or numbness that can shoot down the legs.

Spinal Misalignment: Sitting on a wallet disrupts the posture of the pelvis and spine, leading to unnatural curvature and muscle strain.

Upper Back/Neck Pain: To compensate for the lower-back imbalance, your spine may twist, causing upper back, shoulder, and neck strain.

Long-Term Damage: Prolonged, daily sitting on a wallet can lead to chronic issues, including degenerative disc disease or severe lumbar dysfunction.

How to Prevent Issues

Move Your Wallet: Place your wallet in a front pocket, a jacket pocket, or a bag when sitting.

Use a Slim Wallet: Reduce the volume of your wallet to minimize the uneven angle.

Empty Your Pockets: Ensure your back pockets are empty, especially before driving or working at a desk.

BIG news!.
I wasn't even looking to move.
I celebrate 3 years at the Granary on April 1st.
But, an opportunity I couldn't resist opened up for me.

I will be moving my BRANDON location.
All BRANDON appointments booked after May 1st will be at this location. Just a mile away, on Rte 7.

Not only is it a smaller, more practical space for me...
It's much calmer, more relaxed.

But, more importantly, it was formally known as Kenny Mohans Garage. One of my favorite humans. (Yes, he got the news first. ;))

It is currently being renovated and I will share space with new heated storage units and the offices for Hickory Sheds and Too Much Stuff Storage.

Going into the place he was in for many years holds a special place in my heart and this will be my final space as a massage therapist.

Stay tuned to see my transform my space.
