Attending the roots🌱and resilience event was incredibly grounding. Pun intended. Women of color coming together in community with the arts + soulful connection and eatery What a lovely space 😍 to be in.

We can all feel lonely especially in this day and age. Si, us too. But that Negative belief of “I am Alone” just isn’t true. Along with EMDR 😉 let’s give ourselves the evidence that we are held, cared for, and supported. Special thanks to and for hosting.
