The American Heart Association released new cpr guidelines. Most significant changes revolve around how to help someone who is choking, incorporating assessing for opioid overdoses as the cause for unresponsiveness, and changes on hand placement in performing cpr in an infant.

With these updates new training materials for instructors and students have been released.

We are hosting a cpr instructor train the trainer course next Saturday, Nov. 1st in Brandon and are offering for the first 5 people (2 spots left) to include the new training materials (curriculum, video and student workbook). That's over a $200 BONUS.
