But the truth? Rest is rebellion. Rest is power. Rest is how we break the cycle that says our worth is tied to exhaustion.

Your mindset can either push you forward or quietly hold you back.

When you constantly imagine the worst, everything feels heavier.

I’ve made it a habit to start my day by picturing what I want to walk into:
a clear conversation, a happy client, a moment where I actually feel proud of how I showed up.
