My sister surprise gifted me this thriving Mother-In-Law’s Tongue aka Snake Plant. 🥰
My adoration for plants was rekindled during my recent training as a Forest Therapy Guide. Since completing the program, my sister has helped nurture and deepen this connection.
Plants remind me that when we feel drained of life, we must learn to water ourselves. We do this with acts of self-love and gentle reminders of our worth. With practice and belief, these small acts take root — and like the plants, we, too, will rise, grow, and bloom. 🌿
Just as we water ourselves, our relationship with the land reminds us of reciprocity — it offers healing, energy, and renewal, and in return, I offer care, gratitude, and reverence. By tending to plants and supporting their growth, I nourish my own roots as well.
To my sister, , thank you for giving me more than just a plant! 💛🪴
Hope to see you on the trails and remember, stay hiking, stay healing. ✌🏽💫
Ps. Don’t forget to be a good human and leave Mother Earth better than you found it. 🫶🏽
