Her genuine compassion shines through every interaction with residents, families, and coworkers. She is always willing to step in and lend a helping hand, often anticipating needs before being asked. In addition, her exceptional attention to detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly. She takes pride in doing things the right way. Her reliability and promptness keep our team running smoothly and set a strong example for others.

We didn't think we could top last years Christmas but we did it! From our themed dress up days, to all of the music entertainers who played for us, we feel extremely blessed and loved by our community.
Thank you Maggie in the Meantime (Flower and Flame) for that beautiful rendition of the Christmas Carol, Merlyn Tiede for singing at our Birthday Party, Brandon Valley Jazz Band, Garretson Middle School Band, Brandon Valley American Sign Language Class, Bethany Dietary team for making a delicious Christmas Meal, and everyone else who help make Christmas a wonderful time for Bethany Meadows!

Her compassionate approach makes every resident feel seen and valued, while her enthusiasm brings energy and joy to each activity. She understands the meaning of teamwork and shows up for her fellow team members in any given situation. Thank you for making every day brighter and for the love you put into everything you do.

We are proud to recognize Hawa as October’s Employee of the Month. She consistently goes above and beyond by picking up extra shifts whenever needed, ensuring that the team and residents are always supported. Her dedication to getting her work done efficiently and thoroughly never goes unnoticed. What truly sets her apart, however, is the genuine care and attention she gives to our residents. Even during her down time, she takes the opportunity to sit, chat, and build meaningful connections with them. Her warm personality, strong work ethic, and consistent positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our team. Thank you Hawa for all your hard work!
