Agape Counseling Center is excited to announce the newest addition to our counseling team. Welcome to Shannalee Mask! She has availability for new patients and accepts most insurance! Call or email today to get scheduled.

Shannalee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW) in South Dakota. She attended Eastern Washington University for her Bachelor’s in Psychology and then Capella University for her Master’s of Social Work. She moved from Washington State to the Sioux Falls area in 2021. When she is not working with clients, she can be found spending time with her family and dogs, watching hockey, or going to community events.

Shannalee believes everyone has a unique set of strengths that can be utilized to overcome challenges and that reaching out for support demonstrates strength during difficult times. Her therapeutic experience includes working with complex trauma, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation/self harm, child and adolescent behavioral concerns, family conflict, and parenting challenges. She works with families and individuals ages 14 through adulthood.

Shannalee provides services utilizing client-centered and strengths-based approaches. Interventions and techniques she utilizes often include EMDR, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, trauma-informed, and solution-focused theories. She prefers to use a combination of techniques to fit each client’s individual needs. She provides in-person and telehealth services.

Shannalee's therapeutic style and personality is to be empathetic and direct. She focuses on creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and validated. Erica has worked in a variety of settings and positions, providing counseling to a wide range of individuals and families through her time in the field. She strives to offer insightful and compassionate perspective, creating an affirming, non-judgemental space for clients to process their experiences and develop practical tools to manage the challenges of life.

Erica is a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPC-MH), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with emphases in Family Studies and Social Work from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and a master's degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado - Denver.

Erica is available to meet with adults, couples, families, children and adolescents. Some areas of focus include: adjusting to life changes, stress, anxiety, trauma, parenting and family challenges, complex medical conditions, addiction and substance use concerns. She utilizes an eclectic, strengths based approach, integrating elements of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, mind-body connection, and trauma processing strategies.

As guardian, and at times caregiver for her brother who has a developmental disability, Erica also has a passion for supporting individuals and families impacted by neurodivergent diagnoses. Outside of her practice, Erica fills her time with family and friends, enjoys traveling and participating in activities in the community.

Mandy Sieck
CSW-PIP

Mandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW-PIP) in South Dakota. She attended Augustana College and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Government & International Affairs. She then went on to complete her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Dakota.
She specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with life changes, social skills, anxiety, depression, and grief. Her approach is client-centered with a focus on the mind-body connection, humor, authenticity, and play. She strives to create a therapeutic relationship that is empathetic and affirming, which creates a safe space to explore experiences, feelings, and behaviors and cultivate insight and growth within individuals.

Mandy’s passion is using a strengths-based approach to help adolescents and young women build self- esteem, increase their ability to identify their own needs and advocate for themselves and grow to be comfortable living an authentic life.

Mandy has 13+ years of social work experience and has a genuine passion for her work. When she is not working, she enjoys quality time with friends and family, being active through hiking, yoga, or aerial silks, or curling up with her dog and a good book.
She offers rates through both private pay and by utilizing insurance benefits. This reflects her belief that therapy needs to be an affordable, accessible resource to everyone.
