Jacie came to CHOICES with her boyfriend after just finding out they were pregnant. They arrived feeling overwhelmed and uncertain, believing life felt too chaotic to bring a baby into the world and initially considering abortion. Because of health concerns, they were unsure how far along Jacie was, so she took time to listen as our team shared abortion education, post-abortion counseling information, and adoption options. Jacie thoughtfully took everything in.
When Jacie and John went into the ultrasound room, they felt the weight of the decision before them. What they saw next changed everything—a precious 11-week-old baby bouncing across the screen. In that moment, John shared that seeing their baby changed his heart, and he later met with Kurt to learn more about our Fatherhood Program. Jacie agreed wholeheartedly.
