A little about our Yoga home...

Our studio is uniquely located in the heart of Brandon, yet tucked slightly away in a quiet serene spot. The studio is designed in an industrial chic décor with open ceilings and natural reclaimed wood furniture. You will be welcomed as you walk in to a comfortable reception area where you may relax before class and browse or shop through a local healing jewelry line, V’Enza. As you enter the studio through a wooden barn door, you will be greeted with a view of a tranquil conservation pond. Cardinals, blue jays, mockingbirds, wood peckers, sand cranes and even hummingbirds are often seen through the windows of the studio during the day.

The studio is equipped with yoga mats to use (at no charge) and essential props for every class. Our beautiful floors have a cork underlayment for warmth and comfort and are also antimicrobial for cleanliness. The large windows are adequately tinted for privacy during practice and the soft Edison string lighting enhances a calming ambiance.

We have 20 certified yoga instructors on staff; 13 of which offer a weekly class or classes. Together we bring many years of experience, knowledge and multiple certifications in more specific yoga styles and techniques. We consistently practice and continue our education to pass on to our students. We all fell in love with yoga for different reasons, but have a common belief that “yoga is all good” and “is for everyone”. We enjoy spending our teaching hours paying it forward to our students to better their physical and mental well-being. You can read about each of our instructors on our web page: www.TheYogaHouseBrandon.com/staff

Our studio also has ceiling mounted radiant heaters for therapeutic detoxifying hot practices. We offer occasional outdoor classes overlooking our conservation area including evening full moon Yoga and you are are welcome to grab a cup of hot herbal tea on your way out.
