I’m proud to be the first orthopedic surgeon in Northern Germany working with the brand new Canon Aplio Beyond system. It’s an exciting leap forward for high-resolution diagnostics, more accurate injections and easier Tenex procedures.
Next-level PRP quality control
We upgraded our PRP approach—not only focusing on higher platelet concentrations, but also using a cell counter to quantify, document, and standardize quality. The result: more consistency and (so far) better clinical outcomes in our injection protocols.
Microfat as an additional orthobiologic option
We introduced microfat into our procedures, expanding our toolbox in the regenerative orthobiologic space and giving us more options tailored to patient needs.
MRI-guided intraosseous injections
We’ve started offering MRI-guided intraosseous injections, and we’re already seeing very promising results with this additional approach in the treatment of the osteoarthritic joint.
I’m always looking for ways to improve patient outcomes—and I’m eager to keep learning from the best in regenerative and orthobiologic medicine.
Next stops: Tokyo for RMOS and Denver for the IOF TOBI Conference.
