It’s Monday and I know Mondays can be very stressful but as you start this busy week don’t forget to stop and take a deep breath! 😮‍💨

When we stop and take at least 6 deep breaths it helps to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. By doing so it calms the body and helps to lower stress!

I do this by counting to 5 on an inhale, holding for one count, then exhaling to a count of 8.
