New Patient Outreach Liaison
Location: Tampa Bay Area (Field-based, travel required)

About Us We are a specialized wound care provider in Tampa Bay, delivering advanced treatments for chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, and post-surgical cases. Our focus: faster healing, better outcomes, and compassionate care. We're expanding our referral network and need a dedicated liaison to connect patients directly to our clinic.
Role Overview As our Patient Outreach Liaison, you'll serve as the community bridge—identifying and engaging individuals with wound care needs, building trust, and facilitating seamless referrals. This is hands-on fieldwork: visiting home-health agencies, senior centers, primary care offices, diabetes clinics, assisted living facilities, and VA sites to spot opportunities and guide patients toward treatment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct proactive outreach in the Tampa Bay area: cold visits, scheduled meetings, and community events
• Engage healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, administrators) to establish referral partnerships
• Identify potential patients, provide education on wound care options, and secure consent for referrals
• Manage leads via simple CRM—track progress, follow up, and ensure timely appointments
• Represent our clinic professionally, highlighting proven healing rates and expert team
• Target: 5–10 qualified referrals per week
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience in healthcare outreach, home health, pharmaceutical detailing, or nursing preferred (not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups
• Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and comfort with daily travel
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven—no oversight needed
• Basic knowledge of wound care (e.g., chronic conditions, diabetes impact) a plus
• Comfortable with commission structure and performance-based income
