Think of allergy receptors like parking spots.

Pollen pulls in and parks → your body releases histamine → hello congestion (and sneezing, runny nose, itching… you know what I’m talking about).

Antihistamines can’t work until that parking spot is free. Cue the tow truck. 🚛 Once the medicine parks there, pollen can’t attach — and your symptoms start to calm down.

But medication isn’t the only tool. Physically removing pollen from your skin and rinsing your sinuses can significantly reduce symptoms. Less trigger = less response.
