I want to thank everyone who donated toys to Madeline’s Wish Toy Drive. The generosity this year has been overwhelming, especially knowing how hard things are for so many right now. It has truly renewed my faith. ✨

Madeline is my niece. She passed away from cancer before she turned 10. During her many hospital stays, the toy closet was one of the few places that brought a sense of fun, comfort, and happiness. Because of all of you, the toys collected will be going to the toy closet at Yale, helping bring moments of joy to kids who need it most.

Madeline was a selfless little warrior who taught us all so much while she was here, and she continues to brighten the world from above. I know she is shining her light down on all of us and is so proud of everyone who worked so hard to make sure the toy closet is full. 🎁

I also have to say how incredible my sister is. She organizes this every year, along with so many other things, to honor Madeline. She takes pain and grief that are truly unimaginable and turns them into magic for other children. Simply selfless, just like Madeline. My brother-in-law, niece, and nephew are right there with her as well as so many friends! They are a force, and I know Madeline is so proud! ❤️

Thank you to all of the volunteers who make this possible. Sending so much love to the families who need this, and endless gratitude to everyone who helped make Madeline’s Wish shine again this year. 💕✨
