Come and join Dr. Jill this Sunday 2/2/26 in Guilford Ct for the start of her mobility series! She will be focusing this week on the foundation of breathing, and showing you how to increase your hip and shoulder mobility!

There is so much information out there, especially with social media, to make you think you need these crazy exercises to increase mobility and get better. We are going to stick to the basics but also add a little flare to it. Come Sunday to see what we are talking about! This class is for anyone who wants to work on their mobility and learn how to make it actually stick.
