Join Tara for this 90 minute workshop which will be engaging, interactive, and supportive. During this workshop you can expect:

✨To learn modifications for commonly practiced postures

✨Explore ways to utilize the props to support areas of the body that may need it and/or to find depth in your practice. Utilization of props not only makes the practice more accessible but can also create opportunities to challenge yourself as you see fit

✨Encouragement to feel confident in taking public studio classes regardless of your experience level

Shouting out Heather who just hit one year since joining EBB + Flo! As one student mentioned in class this morning “I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t start their Monday mornings with Heather,” and if you’ve taken class with her you know how true that is!

Heather is warm and welcoming, but don’t let her gentle disposition fool you. She’s notorious for sneaky core work, exciting transitions, and unexpected heat building (in the most nurturing way possible). Heather makes every student feel welcome & supported through postures and is generous at offering advancements and modifications to suit where every student is on any given day. She also curates vibey playlists with a bit of nostalgia. Haven’t taken class yet with her? Here’s your sign! ✨💖

starting today, E&F will be collecting non perishable food items for our local Branford Food Pantry. simply drop your donation off before or after any class. yoga means to yolk together and in times of chaos or hardship, there is nothing more powerful than banning together to support those who need it most. let’s show Branford just how impactful this little E&F community is 🫶🏼✨
