Raven's Wing Yoga & Love Tribe Open Hearts Center is a safe, creative, and inclusive place to practice. While practice is central to our mission, we also house and welcome creative outputs via music, art, dance, spoken word and recovery to help bring community together...with humility, experience, reflection & humor!

"The thing is, we don’t tend to trust ourselves when we have strong feelings, or any feelings other than wellness. Quite the opposite, in fact. We think we’re about to lose control, we worry what others will think if they find out we’re unhappy. But all of our feelings, including the unhappy ones, are wholly entwined with insight, wisdom, intuition, and compassion. If we don’t allow ourselves to feel, if we dismiss all of our needs and desires as second to other peoples’, we stop being able to give what’s ours to give. We rob ourselves of our own potential, and our own delight in life." ~ Cara Lai

This equinox time of year is an appropriate time to remind ourselves of what we appreciate in our life. A season's change is transformation and could be a poignant moment to meditate, journal, talk to to a dear friend, reflect upon where one is at without filter. When we do that, we may be able to see the fears or conditioned ways that may not be our own. It can be an opportunity to give love to the unknown, delivered on the breath in the spirit of faith, love or tenderness. These changes start on the subtle level - celebrate your life, even those little spaces tucked into the doubts❤️
