A common misconception is the older you get, the less ability you’ll have to move your body like you used to. This only happens because we tend to sit a lot more than when we were young. When you sit the majority of your day, your muscles become weak and it becomes painful to move certain ways. If you will make time to stretch 20 minutes in the morning and take time to walk each day - working your way up to a 20 minute walk, you’ll begin to notice a healthier body.
