Deep Heel Repair by Natalie
This is after one session and multiple layers of corrective action. Very nice!
Deep cracks in the heel (heel fissures) result from a combination of chronic dry skin (xerosis), thickened skin (calluses), and constant, high pressure on the heel fat pad, causing the skin to lose elasticity and split. Common contributing factors include prolonged standing, heavy heel strikes due to back and leg disfunction, walking barefoot, improper footwear, and dehydration.
Full Heel repair takes a few sessions and upkeep but it can be acheived!
This session was about 1 hour and 15 min.
(First Session takes a bit longer)
Follow up sesssion in the next week should be about 30 minutes. I would Say about 3 sessions (1 x weekly) will get this to an every 6 week Pedicure maintenance!
