How many of you make New Year’s resolutions?
🗓️ This year, let’s make resolutions that really matter!
✔️ Prioritize Self-Care: because you cannot pour into others with an empty cup
✔️ Prioritize sleep: Most Americans do not get enough sleep.
✔️ Get outside and moving: Almost 80% of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D. Being outside and in nature allows for us to obtain some of the vital nutrient, but also to ground ourselves. Moving is a great way to engage the lymphatic system, cardiovascular and muscular. Start with small goals and work your way up.
✔️ Be kind to your body: Regular massage and chiropractic care is equivalent to maintaining your car. When you start to ignore the signs and symptoms of stress, it can wear your body down.
