The roads are icy and It's too dangerous to be traveling Monday morning. In order to protect the safety of all of you, our staff, and our Infinity Practitioners, we have made the decision to close on Monday due to inclement weather.

ONE THERAPY WE USE to powerfully remove toxins and inflammation is our Red Light Infrared Sauna. Infrared Therapy is known to assist with detoxification, relaxation, burning calories, pain relief, anti-aging, skin purification, cell health and improved circulation.

Infrared Saunas are not the same as traditional saunas. Infrared Saunas use infrared thermal light to pe*****te the skin, raising the body’s core temperature and increasing blood flow without causing adverse effects such as high blood pressure. Regular steam and dry-heat saunas must heat the air before warming your body. This means that temperatures in conventional saunas can reach as high as 220°F, which is far too intense for most people.
