The last three and a half years have been quite the whirlwind. I am grateful for the clients who have allowed me to be a part of their healthcare journey. With that being said, the time has come to close this chapter. The physical location for Right Hand Wellness is closing, effective immediately. I had anticipated this taking place at the end of this month, but the cards just didn’t fall that way. And that’s okay.
I will still be doing virtual consultations on a limited basis, most likely through the end of March. This could change. This page will be deactivated; however, I will continue to share health related posts on my personal page. If you would like to book a virtual consult, feel free to message me there or text me at 678-233-4232. Discovery/recommendation calls may be offered on a case by case basis for a small fee.
Thank you for following this page. I don’t know what is behind the next door or when it will open. But in the meantime, I’m just going to enjoy my time in the hallway and thank God for it.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind today as you get your stuffing on…

🧋It’s better to only have small sips during your meal. More than that might impact digestion.
🏃🏾‍♂️ Don’t rush. Be sure to chew your food well before swallowing - almost to a mushy consistency .
😬 Eating when you are stressed can also impact digestion. Try to relax.

Many people suffer from this condition during the winter months. It can result in depression or feeling sleepier than usual, as a result of having less sunlight.
One of the best things you can do is go outside when you can. Be sure to open those blinds or pull back the curtains to let the sunlight in! There are also lights called "happy lights" and even an alarm clock with a light that simulates dawn light. Essential oils have also been found to be helpful for mood support.
