Roots Reiki is an alternative therapy also referred to as energy healing. Similar to meditation 🙏 During your session:

Refer a friend and receive 10% off a Traditional Reiki session! Before your session:
-Try not to drink alcohol for 24 hrs prior
-Wear comfortable clothing with little or no jewelry
-Have something light to eat before you come and make sure you’re hydrated. -Bring water with you because you will want it afterwards. Sensations like hot, cold, tingling, pulsating or absolutely nothing at all are all perfectly normal. Some people fall asleep... and that’s ok! Think of this as an assisted meditation of sorts, our goal is to provide the space and opportunity for you to relax and heal. We are there to facilitate and let the healing energy go where it is needed through light touch. Results differ among people, but we recommend you experience at least 3 sessions to feel the full effects. You have the power within you to be the best version of yourself... and we can help along your journey!
