As we step into the rituals of the week such as the cooking, the gathering, the storytelling, the chime of forks and familiar voices,

And because nourishment belongs to these moments, here’s my most fave healing sip to match the season!
Medical Medium Pumpkin Spice Latte,
healthy, comforting, and so delicious!!
🍂Yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte 🍂
caffeine-free, dairy-free, gluten free
Ingredients:
•1/4 cup pumpkin puree, homemade or canned
•2 cups oat milk, unsweetened almond, or coconut milk
•1/4 cup pure maple syrup
•1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
*1-2 tbsp coconut whip, to serve (optional).
*sprinkle of cinnamon and/or cardamom.
For the coconut whip topping:
•1 14-ounce can coconut cream chilled
•2-3 tbls. raw honey
Easy Peasy Directions:
Combine the pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender or hand whisk- Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small pot (or a milk frother) and heat until warm.
SERVE ✨
*To make the optional coconut whip,
•chill your mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
•When the bowl is chilled, whip the cream for 2-3 minutes until you get soft peaks.
Add the honey and whip for another 2 minutes.
•Dollop on top of your latte.
