Spring is when many people think “heart health = more workouts,”🏃🏃‍♀️‍➡️ but Ayurveda starts with digestion.
Sluggish digestion lets heaviness and inflammation linger, and over time, that burden reaches the heart and vessels. Taking even a short break from heavy cheeses, dense meats, and ultra‑processed foods is one simple way to lighten the load in kapha season.

Still feel puffy, foggy, or heavy even though the days are getting longer? 😶

Ayurveda sees spring as a pivot season — when the body wants to melt what’s been stored all winter, not push harder and override it.

A few gentle shifts make a big difference:
– Earlier wake‑ups, even just 20–30 minutes 🔆🔆
– One honest walk outside daily
– Lighter, warm lunches instead of cold, dense leftovers
