Before purchasing the mat I did (the imrs prime by Swiss bionic solutions) I did TONS of research.
I read books, I listened to interviews, I researched companies and asked lots of questions. I wanted to make an investment worthwhile for myself and my practice…and I couldn’t be happier with my device!
And I’m happy to share what I have discovered from all this research so if you go to buy your own mat you know what to look for!
-For frequent use you want a low intensity mat
-you want a full body mat that emits a sawtooth wave form and has sturdy thick copper coils
- you want spot applicators that use square waves
Unfortunately there are only a couple mats out there that meet all these specs. Many of the cheaper ones - by healthy line etc. - are cheaper for a reason.
Sine waves and cheap copper wire are easy to produce but the sine waves don’t pass fully through the body.
So, know, when you come in to use my PEMF mat for a treatment or add on you are getting a medical grade treatment!

Many of you have asked about a program for women's pelvic health that can be done at home online.
InHara Workshop for women's pelvic health is exactly that....
Normally this workshop is in-person for a day or in 90min blocks over a month, but this Sunday it is being presented to you in the shortest/easiest commute/totally doable workshop this Sunday.
All pelvic floor, diastisis recti, vaginal health for prolapse, urgency, and incontinence slimmed down to a 2hr event on Sunday May 17th. 10-12est.
Due to great enrollment for this single day, it is the intention to present this in 4 modules so that all the work can be learned and completed at home over a few weeks time. This Sunday will be block one.
In other words, take this one, learn a lot. Maybe take the next three and learn even more. All from home. All in 2hr blocks.
The first workshop block is only $50 and comes with handouts and videos to practice at home.
