In times of stress, I turn to reiki. It soothes my heart and soul. I offer in person and distance sessions. Whether you are a mile or thousands of miles away, you will receive the benefit of a distance session. You can experience an hour of relaxation and peace which I find especially important in these times.

Reiki Hearts Healing Center is open to reiki circles, First and Second Degree Seminars, Deepening Second Degree, First Degree review, Reiki Master Training, NLP Sessions, Officiating at weddings!
Location: Winston Prouty, 209 Austine Drive in Brattleboro, Vermont.
I am offering a reiki circle on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 6-8 PM and am looking forward to us creating a reiki community in this area. If you are interested, please text, call, or email me.

Finding ways to find peace in challenging times. Starting with "Let peace begin with me" as a mantra, releasing negative feelings~anger~resentment and allowing understanding of the person rather than taking their actions personally.

It is so freeing and is bringing me a sense of freedom and joy. I love that I am not holding those judgements against another, rather recognizing that is part of who they are, not taking away from them, but knowing there is a reason for their actions I may not be aware of at the moment.

I’m over the moon excited to be offering a First Degree Reiki Class February 21 to 24.
It is the greatest gift I have ever given myself and I am grateful every day that Reiki is in my life. It will be a joy to share this with you!
