Inner Heat Yoga aims to build a community in the Brattleboro area that is grounded in healing, personal growth, and joy. We seek to make Yoga accessible to everyone by offering classes catering to all experience levels, at affordable rates, in our convenient and beautiful new location at the Marina. There are Yoga mats and props available for use at the studio.

We offer daily group Yoga & Pilates classes, as well as private Yoga & Pilates instruction, Massage & Bodywork, and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. We regularly offer workshops in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, meditation, and other somatic practices. We also host live music & yoga, and sound meditations.

Inner Heat is committed to providing a home for everybody’s practice, whether you’re a seasoned yogini or a beginner arriving for your first class.
