Disfruta de un Halloween seguro y saludable con estos consejos: 🍬 Limita el consumo de dulces: la moderación es clave. 🚶‍♂️ Camina en grupo y usa ropa reflectante. 🦷 Cepíllate los dientes después de comer dulces. 💧 Mantente hidratado con agua, no solo con bebidas azucaradas.

Y no lo olvides: ¡La temporada de gripe está en pleno apogeo! Si aún no te has vacunado contra la gripe, visítanos esta semana.
