When my low back was sore before nogi this week, these are the exercises I typically default to. They help me get muscles warm & ready to go.

Each exercises I do 15-20x 1 set through. Quick, easy & always preps me for training🤞🏼

When the rehab is done & you've gotten the green light to go back to the mats slowly, it's normal to feel hesitation. In those moments, it's important to back up & trust the work.

Will you get beat up? Probably, but we all do. At least you're healthy again & finally back to doing what ya love🤞🏼
