On July 27, 2021, CDC released updated guidance on the need for urgently increasing COVID-19 vaccination coverage. In response to this update Premier Ambulance re-activated our COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at our Brea Station with a focus to immunizing new staff, healthcare community partners, and families of employees at the organization. Additionally, Premier Ambulance moved COVID-19 testing internally allowing for quicker covid result of field staff to ensure a safe working environment with our healthcare partners in the community.

Premier Praise!!! This weeks orientation training topics post focuses on gurney training and operations. Proper body mechanics and muscle strength are critical to ensure optimal performance and reduced injury. Pictured we have our orientation class learning, visualizing, and training on gurney operations. What a great group of EMT’s, Paramedics, RNs, and RTs we have this week. All of the EMT’s and Paramedics in class supporting one another and giving applause to each trainee who completes the gurney lifting requirements!!!
