Today we observe Veterans Day to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. Today’s “Hero WOD” paid tribute US Army Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman KIA August 30, 2004. The 50-minutes of sweat and pain I gave in homage to our country’s soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines is nothing compared to what they sacrifice for us on a daily basis. It’s my hope that we treat their lives with respect and dignity.

No one talked about fascia five years ago. So how come, all of a sudden, it's the new cause of your foot and back pain, cellulite and fibromyalgia? Is the science real or hype?

Butter in your coffee? 🤨

For a health trend, it’s not the worst I’ve seen. But I’m not sure about this one; It’s just feels odd. But, in principle, it makes sense.

Butter is just heavy cream with the fat molecules smacked around until they stick together and come out of suspension. And half & half is a 50/50 mix of heavy cream and whole milk. So, it’s not much of a stretch from creamer to butter.

Maybe there’s some subtle flavor differences? Like Madagascar vanilla versus Mexican vanilla. Maybe it’s much ado about nothing. I might try it just to get a reaction out of people. 😬
