We need to realize thoughts and words carry power. There is power in the tongue as it says in the Bible.
If you say I'm sick, you'll be sick. But at the same time, you can be sick but say I am healthy and your body will recover sooner. Declare wealth, happiness, health and all good things in your life and receive the blessings.

My self care meaning my cardio and weight training are the most important elements in my life. More important than earning money and way more important than anything except for God
God is first then, my self care.
Why is this?
Because God is the reason that I'm still here, but my self care is what keeps me sane, calm and eliminates toxins both in my body and mind
Nutrition is 80% of my health.
I spend money on food not designer bags or shoes. By prioritizing my health and nutrition, I have zero medical bills or medical issues at 61 years old. Im a walking billboard for what I advocate and do for a living, as a fitness trainer for over 45 years and a health and wellness coach.
