Nightly lice tips from Once in a Licetime. If you are worried that you have lice, place your hair brushes in a zip lock bag and leave them in the freezer over night. If you're extra worried, try putting your sheets and pillowcases in the dryer at its hottest heat to kill any live lice. We hope this helps!
