Our caregivers are proud to offer compassionate care for the communities we serve. Francis is a faith based healthcare ministry serving the head of the Red River basin, located in Breckenridge Minnesota, founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899. Francis is an organization that provides a full continuum of health care services. We promote health, healing and community through works of care and compassion. We are committed to a holistic healing ministry and a quality management philosophy using the St. Francis Core Values for its foundation.

The St. Francis Nursing Home is proud to announce that, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), we have achieved a perfect rating in three out of four evaluated areas. This accomplishment places us among the top 10% of nursing homes within our state, a testament to the exceptional care and dedication our staff delivers daily. Nationwide, only 10% of nursing homes achieve a perfect rating in health inspections, further highlighting the exceptional standards upheld by our team.
